  I went there to buy some clothes and shoes. Eventually I spent almost 1300 £ ( suit, shirts, pare of boots...). They sent me to a tailor ( the suit was destroyed) , one of the shirts was too small... when I went back they just laughed at me instead of trying to help me. I left the suit and one of the shirts there in the shop and I left very furious for that amount of money, partly they made me spend. That shop is always empty and I heard some other customers had similar problem. I decided to never go back again to that shop. Instead if you want to buy Hugo Boss clothes and stuff you better go to the Bentalls itself. Much bigger range of choices. The people are much more friendly and helpful. They won’t let you leave that place unhappy. I thought I might need to share this before you get ripped off as well...
