  Great service and ideal store close to the bike route. Was served by Christopher and Jack who fixed and issue with two bikes I purchased from another store. Very valuable service

  Staff shortage leading to disappointment. I bought a bike on line last month and had to go on two consequitive days because they were fully booked. My partner bought one last week and they called with some excuse about not having slots to get it together and has to wait . I read more reviews saying similar things. Obviously this shop is very poorly management, recruit more people to seek demand and don't annoy your customers and stress your staff. In the future I will avoid this particular shop and as a result probably Halfords all together...

  They can fix basic bike issues very quickly and on budget! The staff know a lot and are always there to help. On weekends the queue can be long but usually they can sort out things promptly.
