2 stars for variety. Service is really bad. Staff always looks tired. Never smiling. Please take care of the staff by end of the day they seem to be tired and rude..

I been here during the Christmas, they have a good sale with good collection, but the only things that I don’t like was the staff who didn’t seem to help you except some, plus when I asked for the “VAT/ TAX FREE” they inform me that it is not available in this branch. The only way to get it is to go to Central of London, which was impossible because I have a flight at the same day, or to collect it directly from the airport which was wrong info. leading to lost the tax refund! I believe they must think again about the staff attitude and customer service which doesn’t available yet!
