  I have bought a lot of clothes here over the last few years, and I always found the returns policy annoying, but otherwise fine. Until I needed to return a pair of trousers that shrank the first time I washed them. The girl said she didn't think they had shrunk, although she couldn't tell me how she knew this. So I had to leave the trousers in the shop overnight and wait for the manager to call me. The manager confirmed that she didn't think the trousers had shrunk either and refused to give me a refund. They offered a credit note, but that's really beside the point. I now know that if I have a problem with any clothes in future, I won't be confident of getting a refund. Be wary of shopping here, they will try to avoid giving refund at any cost it would seem. And they don't mind offending customers. By contradicting me and telling me the trousers hadn't shrunk, she's either saying I'm a liar, or maybe that my legs have got fatter and longer! Either way, I'll never feel comfortable shopping there again.
