  Oh dear Oh dear l don't like writing bad reviews however the last 2 days have driven me to the edge and back. Went online to Wicks store to order 3 treliss for the top of fences. I order three of the two square wide. When it arrived next day l received three of the four square treliss . I rang customer services and they said an email will be sent to store and they would get back to me within three hours, six hours latter no call so l ring back customer services. They said they would send another email to the manager. I did get quite a fast call back informing me that they will redeliver the correct three items the next day and pick up the incorrect ones. Ha Ha was l to have faith in this! Well at 7.20am the same delivery driver appeared from the day before and he took away the three incorrect items, however he only had two of the replacement items :( This is awful , the delivery driver was great as l only live round the corner from wicks he must have gone back to the store and picked up the missing item and he kindly put it over my fence and called to say that he had done this. No one answering phone at all at Wicks in Twickenham. one star for order at Wicks. 10/10 for the delivery driver. Great guy.
